Our client is seeking an associate with 5 years of relevant legal experience to join its business litigation section in New York. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills, along with a detail-oriented mindset. Strong academic achievement and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential, as is an interest in financial services litigation. Candidates must have prior commercial litigation experience in both state and federal courts in New York and be currently licensed to practice law in the state.
