Our client is seeking a mid to senior level Attorney with over 5 years of experience to join their Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. The role involves working on a team dedicated to defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar, though warranty experience is not required. Essential skills include extensive trial/arbitration preparation, courtroom experience, motion practice, deposition, mediation, exceptional advocacy, research, writing, negotiation skills, strong academic credentials, attention to detail, organization, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
