Our client is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation attorney to join their Los Angeles office. The team handles a diverse range of complex matters in both federal and state courts nationwide, with key practice areas including consumer class action defense, real estate litigation, trade secret, breach of contract and business tort litigation, securities fraud, shareholder derivative lawsuits, product liability, consumer protection defense, and California privacy and data-related litigation. The role involves defending life insurers and financial services firms in class action and regulatory matters. Candidates should have 2-4 years of law firm commercial litigation experience, proficiency in case management and brief writing, and the ability to handle solo court appearances. Experience in taking and defending depositions, strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, and excellent academic credentials are required. Admission to the California bar is mandatory.
