Our client is seeking an Attorney to join their Financial Services & Securities Enforcement Department in Atlanta. This role involves representing the financial services sector in areas such as securities, lender liability, regulatory issues, loan workouts, foreclosures, class actions, and credit card-related matters. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in a top 100 law firm, managing a large litigation caseload related to mortgage or bank issues. Strong interpersonal skills, a solid academic record, and excellent writing and oral communication skills are essential. Candidates must be admitted to the Georgia Bar.
