Description
Our client is seeking a litigation associate to join their commercial mortgage-backed securities special servicer and creditors’ rights team in Detroit, Chicago, New York, or Princeton. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in commercial foreclosures, receiverships, real estate-related litigation, and bankruptcies, including motion practice, discovery, and courtroom experience. Experience with commercial landlord-tenant litigation, including preparation and service of predicate notices and court pleadings, is also required.
