Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 3-7 years of experience to join their Commercial Litigation practice in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting legal memoranda and motions, appearing and arguing in court, handling written discovery, and managing depositions. Experience in managing smaller cases with limited supervision and collaborating effectively on larger team projects is essential. A strong academic record, along with the skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to pursue partnership, is required.
