Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level or senior associate to join their Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in any of their California offices. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of complex litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, and proven analytic ability, with some exposure to insurance litigation. Responsibilities include handling all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through trials and appeals, conducting legal research, drafting complex case analyses, and preparing various litigation documents. The role involves working collaboratively with partners and clients, and engaging with witnesses, experts, and other counsel.
