LITIGATION COMMERCIAL ASSOCIATE (3940)
Description
Our client, a prominent national law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate for their Denver office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including conducting factual investigations, discovery, preparing pleadings, depositions, arguing motions, and client communication. Experience in both state and federal courts is preferred, with additional experience in administrative matters and arbitrations being advantageous. Second-chair trial or arbitration experience is a plus. The role involves working primarily with attorneys in the Food Systems business unit. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
