Description
Our client, a prominent national law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Senior Counsel for their Phoenix or virtual office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including conducting factual investigations, discovery, preparing pleadings, depositions, arguing motions, and client communication. Candidates must reside in Arizona with an active Arizona bar license, and bar admission in multiple states is preferred. Experience in both state and federal courts, as well as administrative matters and arbitrations, is advantageous. The role involves working with the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit, requiring excellent academic credentials, community commitment, superior interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
