Description
Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney to join their growing insurance coverage group. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with experience in insurance coverage litigation matters, offering the chance to work with a team of seasoned coverage litigation attorneys handling cases domestically and internationally. The successful candidate will hold a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania, and have at least 1 year of coverage/litigation experience. Key responsibilities include working closely with other attorneys on insurance coverage/litigation matters, drafting coverage opinion letters, handling discovery in coverage/litigation, and providing clients with insurance coverage advice on various subjects. Superior analytical skills and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
