Description
Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm established in 1978, is seeking a Defense Litigation Associate Attorney for their Charlotte office. This role is ideal for attorneys with a JD from an accredited law school, licensed in North or South Carolina (both preferred), and possessing at least 3 years of defense litigation experience. Experience in general liability, transportation, catastrophic bodily injury, and insurance coverage litigation is highly desirable. The successful candidate will manage a litigation caseload independently, work closely with other attorneys and partners, handle court appearances and depositions, and maintain communication with clients. Superior communication, writing, and research skills are essential, and legal project management experience is beneficial.
