Description
Our client is seeking an Arbitration & Litigation Defense Attorney for their White Plains or New York City Midtown office locations. This role is ideal for attorneys with over 3 years of defense litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense and claims related to the Child Victims Act (CVA) and/or Adult Survivors Act (AVA). Candidates must hold a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in New York. Responsibilities include managing a litigation caseload independently, handling court appearances and depositions, and collaborating with other attorneys on legal projects. Experience in arbitration, mediation defense, and legal project management is advantageous.
