LITIGATION EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE (2732)

Description

Our client seeks an employment litigation associate to join their Employment Litigation team in Las Vegas. This role is ideal for attorneys with 3-5 years of experience who are eager to grow their practice under the mentorship of seasoned partners. The successful candidate will be adept at drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, arguing motions, and handling depositions. Preferred candidates will have experience defending private and public entities in federal and state courts and before agencies like the EEOC and the National Labor Relations Board. While significant experience in labor and employment law is preferred, candidates with strong litigation skills in other areas are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include advising clients on employment law challenges, drafting handbooks, and conducting training sessions.
