Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Litigation Associate with native Japanese language abilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enforcement and investigation, compliance, dispute litigation, and arbitration. This role requires a collaborative mindset, leadership skills, and the ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic solutions. The successful candidate can be based in any of our client's offices in Boston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C., with a willingness to travel, including to Asia. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive legal support in various litigation matters, assisting in developing and maintaining compliance programs, conducting thorough investigations, representing clients in arbitration proceedings, and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations. Candidates must have six to ten years of proven legal experience representing public companies, fund sponsors, and financial services clients in the U.S. and throughout Asia.
