Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Litigation Associate with native Japanese language abilities to join their Litigation and Enforcement practice group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enforcement and investigation, compliance, dispute litigation, and arbitration. This role requires a collaborative mindset, leadership skills, and the ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic solutions. The position can be based in Boston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C., with a willingness to travel to other offices, including in Asia. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive legal support in various litigation matters, assisting in developing and maintaining compliance programs, conducting thorough investigations, representing clients in arbitration proceedings, and traveling to Japan as business needs arise. Candidates must have six to ten years of proven legal experience representing public companies, fund sponsors, and financial services clients in the U.S. and throughout Asia.
