Description
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level litigation associate to join their Financial Services Litigation Practice Group in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, law firm or judicial clerkship experience, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills. A minimum of three years of litigation experience in areas such as commercial real estate, distressed loans, debt and security instruments, or creditor and lender liability is required. Candidates should have substantial legal writing experience, including drafting briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests. The role offers immediate client contact in a dynamic and collaborative environment, ideal for those with ambition, drive, and a team-oriented mindset to contribute to the growth of a national practice.
