Our client is seeking a junior associate with 2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation to join their Franchise and Distribution Team in Houston. This team represents manufacturers of various vehicles and equipment, providing nationwide strategic counsel on regulatory compliance and litigation in administrative proceedings, state and federal court, or arbitration. The practice is highly regarded, with a Chambers USA ranking in Nationwide Transportation: Road (Automotive) from 2019-2023. Ideal candidates will have strong writing, research, and communication skills, superior academic credentials, and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload.
