The firm's IP Litigation practice provides legal services to well-known brands in their most complex IP matters worldwide, including the US. Their US practice focuses on patent and trade secret litigation matters in the ITC, the PTAB, the Federal Circuit, and district courts across the US. They are currently seeking qualified mid/senior-level associate candidates with a background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. The successful candidate will join their growing Northern California team and will have the opportunity to develop a full set of litigation and trial skills through high-tech patent litigation.
