Description
Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an associate attorney to join their domestic Labor & Employment Litigation practice in California, Chicago, or New York. The role involves handling a diverse range of employment matters, including multijurisdictional class and collective litigation and complex disputes. The ideal candidate will possess 2-6 years of employment litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills, such as Law Review experience. Preference will be given to candidates with major top-tier law firm experience in employment litigation and those who have completed a federal judicial clerkship.
