Our client, a prestigious law firm with offices in Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley, is actively seeking an associate to join their Complex Commercial Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of securities litigation experience and will be part of the firm's 3rd to 5th year associate class.
