Description
Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm with over 1000 attorneys across the United States and London, is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney for their Milwaukee office. The ideal candidate should hold a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin. A minimum of 8 years of litigation experience is required, with a preference for those with experience in general liability, transportation, or products liability defense. The role requires a strong knowledge of Federal rules of evidence and procedure, excellent written and analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities include assisting with discovery requests and responses, drafting pretrial motions, and independently managing cases through trial.
