Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Attorney specializing in Litigation and Trial Practice based in Atlanta, GA. The role involves representing clients in various litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, appearing in court, and managing e-discovery responsibilities. The attorney will also draft pleadings, motions, and client memos, handle depositions, and participate in settlement negotiations. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school, be licensed to practice in Georgia and New York, and have at least 2 years of experience in complex commercial litigation with an international law firm.
