Our client, an established international firm, is seeking a mid level associate to join their M&A group. The ideal applicant should have expertise in corporate governance principles, be familiar with federal securities laws, have experience with M&A transactions, and be able to support others on a wide range of deals, particularly those involving M&A and private equity. The associate should also be able to draft M&A transaction documents and have experience with corporate due diligence projects.\
