Our client, an AM Law 100 ranked law firm, is in search of a mid level associate to join their M&A practice in their Seattle office. The ideal candidate has at least four years of legal practice experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and other large commercial transactions. Their middle market M&A practice covers a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, healthcare, food and beverage, technology, and industrials.
