Our client, a leading law firm with a robust corporate practice group, is seeking an M&A Associate from the class of 2016-2019. The successful candidate will have experience representing sponsors and private and public companies in M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating transactional documents, and coordinating with internal and external specialists. Experience managing deal teams is an added advantage. The candidate should align with the firm's core values: future-focused, diversity-minded, dedicated to excellence, service-oriented, and collaborative. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required. The firm's M&A team has a long track record of leading sophisticated mergers, acquisitions, and other business combinations, representing diverse clientele including public and private companies, various funds, boards of directors, shareholders, and individual investors.
