Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Associate (3-7 years) to join their Tech practice group in the Austin office. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in M&A and Venture Capital matters, along with strong academic credentials. The role involves representation of venture capital-backed companies, strategic, private equity, and venture capital funds in financings, public offerings, M&A transactions, formations, operations, corporate governance matters, and securities law reporting and compliance. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school is also a must. The location for this role is Austin.
