Description
Our client, a reputable law firm based in Chicago, is seeking a motivated mid-level associate to join their corporate group. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions, particularly with a history of representing financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers in relation to leveraged buyouts, sell-side transactions, growth equity and minority investments, and related strategic transactions. This includes the preparation of acquisition/disposition agreements, related closing documents, and the execution of closing transactions. Additional experience with capital formation, partnerships, and finance is considered beneficial. All applicants must be admitted to the Bar within the state.
