Our client, a top 15 globally active law firm in M&A deals, is seeking a third or fourth-year attorney to join their M&A and Private Equity team in one of their US office locations. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity in a major law firm, be highly motivated, and possess excellent academic credentials, exceptional verbal and written skills.
