Description
Our client is seeking experienced associates to join its M&A and Private Equity Group in Chicago. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of four years of experience, with a proven track record in leading private equity and leveraged buyout transactions. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, supervising and training junior associates, and coordinating with legal specialists on deal teams.
