Description
Our client, a prominent law firm within the Global Corporate practice group, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their team in Houston. The ideal candidate will possess 4-5 years of substantive experience in private M&A transactions, with a strong preference for those who have handled M&A for Private Equity clients. Applicants should be adept at managing smaller deals independently and leading larger transactions under direct partner supervision. Proficiency in drafting and negotiating partnership/LLC agreements and other organizational documents is required. Additional experience in primary and secondary fund transactions will be considered an asset.
