Description
Our client is seeking a lead counsel Mergers & Acquisitions associate with 3 to 4 years of experience, including drafting purchase and merger agreements for both public and private company targets, managing diligence and corporate approval processes, and advising on M&A-related securities matters and filings. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills, and significant M&A transactional work experience at a major firm or extensive second chair experience on smaller transactions. Familiarity with managing junior associates on deals is essential. This role involves working on transactions ranging from $100M to $1B for both private equity and strategic clients across various global industries, including technology, financial services, manufacturing, oil & gas, consumer products, media, and healthcare.
