Description
Our client is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions associate with 3 to 5 years of experience for their Dallas or Houston office. The role involves drafting purchase agreements and transaction documentation for both public and private company targets, managing due diligence, and advising on M&A-related securities matters. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills, and significant M&A transactional experience at a major firm or extensive second chair experience on smaller transactions. Familiarity with managing junior associates on deals is preferred. The position is exclusively M&A focused, involving transactions ranging from $100M to $1B for private equity and strategic clients across various industries, including technology, financial services, and healthcare.
