Description
Our client is seeking a lead counsel Mergers & Acquisitions associate with 3 to 4 years of experience in drafting purchase and merger agreements for both public and private company targets, managing diligence, and overseeing the corporate approval process. The role involves advising on M&A-related securities matters and preparing relevant filings. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills, and significant M&A transactional experience at a major firm or extensive second chair experience on smaller transactions. Familiarity with managing junior associates on deals is essential. The position is exclusively M&A focused, involving transactions ranging from $100M to $1B for private equity and strategic clients across various global industries.
