Our client is seeking a highly skilled Mergers & Acquisitions associate with 6-8 years of experience to join their dynamic team. The role involves working on high-profile transactions within the technology and life sciences sectors. Ideal candidates will have experience as a lead associate on M&A transactions, including drafting definitive transaction agreements, leading M&A teams, supervising junior associates, coordinating with subject matter experts, and managing client relationships and negotiations. Superior academic credentials and/or law firm experience, along with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, are essential. The position is available in New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Seattle, and is specifically for a full-time M&A associate.
