The role involves working on high-profile transactions in the technology and life sciences sectors, focusing on public and private company mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Ideal candidates will have experience as a key associate on M&A deals, including drafting transaction agreements, managing due diligence, coordinating with experts, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates should possess superior academic credentials, law firm experience, and excellent communication skills. The position is available in New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Seattle and is a full-time M&A associate role.
