Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with a focus on M&A to join their emerging companies/venture capital team in New York, Palo Alto, Washington, DC, or Roseland, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in handling private target mergers and acquisitions transactions, with a preference for those familiar with venture-backed companies, although training will be provided for the right candidate. Experience in managing deal execution and supervising junior associates is essential.
