Our client is looking for a junior associate to join their Mergers & Acquisitions Clearance Team, based in either Chicago or DC. The role involves ensuring compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act and coordinating with international teams on global merger control compliance. This position is tailored for regulatory antitrust matters, focusing on assessing HSR reportability, preparing HSR forms, and managing filing preparations in collaboration with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess excellent drafting and communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Experience in regulatory/corporate M&A or with private equity fund clients is advantageous.
