Our client is seeking highly qualified attorneys to join their Mergers & Acquisitions Clearance Team in Boston, Chicago, New York, or Washington, DC. The ideal candidates will possess 3-9 years of experience in Antitrust/Competition related M&A clearance, with a background in regulatory/corporate M&A or private equity fund client experience being advantageous. The role involves ensuring compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act and coordinating international merger control compliance. Candidates will focus on regulatory antitrust matters, including assessing HSR reportability, preparing HSR forms, and managing filing preparation. Strong drafting and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
