Our client is seeking highly qualified attorneys to join their Mergers & Acquisitions Clearance Team in Boston, Chicago, New York, or Washington, DC. The ideal candidates will possess 3-9 years of experience in Antitrust/Competition related M&A clearance, with a background in regulatory/corporate M&A or private equity fund client work being advantageous. The role involves ensuring compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act and coordinating international merger control compliance. Responsibilities include assessing HSR reportability, preparing HSR forms, and managing filing preparations in collaboration with clients, corporate teams, and opposing counsel. Candidates should have excellent drafting and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
