Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience in energy and/or infrastructure M&A and joint ventures to join their Energy and Infrastructure M&A team. This role can be based in Houston, Austin, San Francisco, New York, or Washington, D.C. The team represents a diverse range of market participants in transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors, including renewables, conventional power generation, oil & gas, infrastructure, energy transition, and energy tech. Candidates should be highly motivated, possess excellent academic credentials, and have superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar of the office location is required.
