Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced associate attorney to join their M&A Insurance team in New York. The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school, demonstrate high academic achievement, and have experience in insurance M&A, reinsurance, regulatory matters, and life and annuity agreements. A strong interest in these areas, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work well in a team are essential. Candidates must be admitted to the New York bar or have the ability to waive in, with prior experience in a peer law firm preferred. The role is targeted at those from the class years 2020-2022.
