Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a highly qualified 3rd – 5th year associate to join their M&A and Private Equity Litigation group. The ideal candidate should have experience with GAAP, auditing private or public financial statements, and handling high-stakes disputes. This position offers an opportunity for career growth and direct interaction with senior group members and expert witnesses on matters involving indemnification claims, fraud claims, earn-out disputes, and various significant portfolio company litigation. Requirements include a J.D. and CPA license with outstanding academic credentials and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Comparable law firm experience is preferred.
