Our client is seeking mid-level associates to join their M&A and Private Equity Group in New York, focusing on special situations and hybrid capital. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of four years of experience and a strong interest in distressed M&A, preferred equity investments, and structured and restructuring transactions.
