Our client is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Associate with 4-6 years of experience in M&A, private equity, venture capital, securities offerings, securities law compliance, and general corporate matters to join their Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in drafting and negotiating complex M&A and private equity transactions, producing client-ready acquisition and equity documents, and managing key aspects of transactions from due diligence to closing.
