Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a senior-level associate to join their Corporate Private Equity M&A practice based in New York. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of business and transactional experience, particularly in M&A, joint ventures, and other complex commercial transactions. This role involves drafting and negotiating transactional documents and offers the opportunity to work directly with clients. Applicants must have a high level of academic achievement, previous law firm experience, and excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills. A JD is required for this position.
