Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to join their Technologies Companies M&A group. The ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years of experience in managing components of transactions independently and working in teams, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions for both early and late-stage technology companies and leading venture capital investor clients. A proactive approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships effectively are essential. Candidates should possess outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
