Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking transactional associate attorneys for their Houston office within the Corporate group. Ideal candidates will have experience in M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and minority/majority investments, particularly in the Energy & Infrastructure sector. Applicants should possess stellar academic credentials and have experience from a major law firm, with preferred class years between 2019-2022.
