MANAGED CARE LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (0019)
Description
Our client, a ranked global law firm, is in search for a mid to senior level associate to join their commercial litigation group. Managed care or health care industry experience is a plus but prerequisite litigation experience includes familiarity with class actions, compliance, regulatory work, false claims act cases, and governmental investigations. Experience in depositions and the courtroom is required. The right candidate in this role can be a general but seasoned litigator in any space, eager and willing to commit to the managed care / healthcare speciality, and brings experience managing junior associates and/or staff while demonstrating comfort with interfacing with clients.
