Description
Our client’s Managed Care Team is seeking a junior to mid-level (2nd to 5th Year) Associate based in California. This team represents leading managed care companies across the U.S. in various complex matters, including litigation, class actions, compliance, regulatory work, false claims act cases, government programs, and investigations. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, strong academic credentials, and excellent writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills. Managed care or health care experience is essential. Candidates should be adept at handling multiple cases, managing regulatory or compliance matters, and serving as the point person on litigation and counseling. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar are required.
