Description
Our client is seeking a Junior Associate with healthcare regulatory experience to join their Managed Care team. This team works with leading managed care companies across the United States on a variety of innovative matters, including regulatory and compliance issues for commercial health plans, Medicare Advantage organizations, and Medicaid managed care organizations, as well as false claims act cases and governmental investigations. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of healthcare regulatory and compliance experience representing health insurers and various healthcare entities. Experience with OMS is a plus.
